How much time could AI give your client back?

It depends on the work. Routine writing and sorting, like inbox replies, meeting recaps and weekly reports, often drops by about half once AI does the first draft and a person checks it. A small business that spends 15 to 20 hours a week on admin can often get back 25 to 40 hours a month.

They are deliberately conservative estimates of how much of each task AI can take off when a VA sets it up well and still checks the output. Meeting notes and reports save the most, because AI is strong at summarizing. Scheduling and bookkeeping save less, because they need more checking. Change the hours to match your client and the totals update.

Fill it in with the client on a call, or ask them roughly how many hours a week go on each task. Then copy the summary into an email. Showing the hours and the dollar value first makes the price of your service feel small next to what they get back.
