I've spent 25+ years building and running operations for SaaS, coaching, membership and digital businesses, from startup through eight-figure growth.
As COO of a business coaching and consulting company, I helped scale annual revenue from about $5 million to $16 million while maintaining 35% net profit margins. I led every department, from Marketing and Sales to Client Success, Finance and Operations, with a team of more than 50 employees and contractors.
I've also served as COO of a SaaS company, CEO and co-owner of an online education company, and Director of Operations at one of the largest online personal finance education companies.
