For virtual assistants

Get matched with companies looking for an AI-trained VA.

Companies come to VirtualExpert.net to hire virtual assistants who know how to use AI. If that's you, apply to join the network. I review every application and match approved VAs with companies that fit their skills, hours and rate.

How it works

Apply once, get introduced to clients.

  1. Apply

Tell me about your experience, your services, your rate and how you use AI in your work.

  2. Review

I review your application and may ask for a short call or a work sample. You'll hear back within a week.

  3. Join the network

If you're approved, you pay a one-time $49 listing fee and your profile goes into the matching pool.

  4. Get introduced

When a company's request fits you, I put you on their shortlist. You set your own rate and work with them directly.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do you take a cut of what I earn?

No. Companies pay a one-time placement fee when they hire. You keep everything your clients pay you.

Is a job guaranteed once I'm listed?

No. I match VAs to the requests that come in, so how often you're introduced depends on demand for your skills, hours and rate.

Do I need a certification?

No, but you do need to show real, everyday use of AI in your work. A short example is often more convincing than a certificate.
